Rushmore Distributors is a division of Metal Manufactures Limited (MML), and was formed in February 2000 after the acquisition of Gilbert Lodge by MML and subsequent merger with Repelec (Aust.).

MML is currently comprised of Vinidex, Kembla Building Products, MMEM, and Rushmore.

Vinidex produces a range of PVC pipe products such as electrical conduit, which are sold primarily into the building and construction market.

Kembla Building Products produces copper wire, rod and pipe, which are used in the building and construction market.

MMEM, with 189 branches nationwide, is a major operator in the electrical merchandising industry.

Rushmore Distributors is a Quality Assured company (AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000), and employs over 125 people nationally.
